The density should be between 65D and 75D. Too soft and it will hurt your cervical spine; too hard and it'll feel like a slab of stone!
Look for baby-grade environmental certification to ensure the materials are safe and free of harmful substances!
Choose a wave-shaped ergonomic design with zoning for better ergonomics!
An excellent TPE pillow should have strong elasticity and support, and should not easily deform during use!
Smell: After unpacking, take a deep breath. If there's a pungent, acidic smell, return it immediately! Medical-grade TPE has only a slight petroleum smell!
Burn: Cut a small amount of filling and light it (safe operation!). Good TPE: The flame base is bluish + little smoke + smells like burning hair! Bad TPE: Thick black smoke + smells like burning tires + drips black oil!
