This Honeycomb TPE Mattress features a layered composite design consisting of an upper and a lower section. The upper layer is a 3D honeycomb, open-cell TPE elastic layer, while the lower layer serves as a high-density memory foam support layer. These two materials are bonded together-either through structural lamination or a molded composite process-to create a dual-system sleep experience characterized by "elastic support combined with slow-rebound cushioning."
The upper TPE honeycomb structure is formed via injection molding to create a continuous, open-cell network. Air channels are maintained between each honeycomb cell, endowing the mattress surface with continuous breathability.
